I don’t want to be negative as I love Kuumbamade but I find this one a little sickly. I love trying their scents especially ones I can’t smell first in person. But this one I found to be similar to the smell of a closet but it’s not powdery but wafery like a coconut wafer but something is so strong in it I can’t put my finger on it, it could be the clove? It is also sweet and intense almosr medicinal smelling which makes sense if it’s the clove. So if you like clove scents, perhaps try this one out. Giving 4 stars because as again I love this brand, so, although this particular scent I don’t love, but I can tell it was crafted beautifully, and this one lasted on me a good while. I would say if you like a medicinal/sweet/wafery smelling scent I’d try this one out! I saw other comments describe it as “dark” I would say that is on the mark and it leans darker.
I really like ‘dark’ scents and this one is great. Kind of smells like incense. But also root beer?
Purchased this one along with several 1/8 oz. fragrance years ago and love them all.
This smells like gourmand coconut cookies with rich caramel and spices. If you like coconut and “darker” scents you will love this one. Every time I wear this I feel delectable. Pairs very well with the vanilla bean oil
I almost didnt pick this one up but I did last second, I regretted it at first because it seemed very similar to Tunisian opium, but then i wore it and I was able to pick up on the differences. Its definitely less floral and woody, and more coconuty. It also has vanilla, which I personally think it could use a bit more vanilla. But its honestly so good as it is, I just love vanilla. This one is my preference between the two. This one is probably a bit more unisex where as Tunisian is a bit more feminine with the floral notes. Both are amazing scents.
