Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Retail customers may request a return of unused, unopened products purchased directly from Kuumba Made within 30 days of the purchase date for orders shipped within the United States and 45 days for international orders.
We do not process Amazon or wholesale returns. Products purchased from third-party retailers or vendors must be returned through the original place of purchase.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued where applicable.

Authorization from Kuumba Made's Retail Customer Service Team is required before returning any product.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items:

Fragrance Oils.
-
Opened or used products.
-
Products with safety or hygiene seals that have been opened, broken, or removed after delivery.

Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale.

Items sold as a set, including Gift Sets, Face Care Routines, Fragrance Collections, and similar bundled products.

Gift cards.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping:

Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the retail customer unless the return is due to Kuumba Made’s error.

Your Right to Withdraw

If you purchased products from us, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
