Always very popular for a great scent and a calming influence.
I am home now that I have found this. I’ve been searching and searching and searching for the perfect perfume and this is IT. I use it on the inner elbow before bed and after a shower I mix it with Kuumba Vanilla Bean lotion and then after applying that I apply the Persian Garden body oil. Heaven. I’m in Heaven. Borrowing from an Amazon review of this: “reminiscent of vanilla, rain-soaked tree bark, butterscotch, and a good, warm hug.”
Sensual coconut fragrance on the skin, not overly sweet. Dries to a soft baby powder note that’s super comforting & fresh. Lightweight and lasts a while. A light roll goes along way!
I first smelled this around 15 years ago. I didn’t care much about perfume before then, but ever since, this has been in my rotation. It’s the one I wear most of the time, especially in the deep dead of winter. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on perfume samples in all price ranges, and there are a few that I’ve found enjoyable enough to buy bigger bottles; but this is still my favorite scent. It reminds me of the church in PA that my grandparents went to when I was a child. It was old and beautiful with stone exterior, one of those places that felt sacred. Inside, it smelled like sweet wood and incense. I’m not very religious, but I loved that place.
I will say that a few of my other favorite perfumes are also by Kuumba Made; Golden Sky is another favorite. My summer scent this year was a blend of black coconut, lavender lace, and sandalwood.
Whenever I wear this body oil, people want to know who smells so good, what is it and where can I get it! Love, love, love this. Would love to be able to get this in lotion or a bigger bottle of oil.
